Zumba Gold is a more joint friendly version of Zumba. It has all the liveliness and great music and moves, but less twisting, jumping and bouncing. You'll still break a sweat and look oh so smooth doing it.

Zumbatomic is the kids version of Zumba. It includes a warm up, style review, choreography, movement games, cool down and prizes. Along with increasing your range of motion, Yoga can also help slow down the aging process in regard to moving.
Strength, Stretch, & Sculpt is a fun fitness class designed for everybody. We aim to create a playful environment while we work on improving cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, body composition, flexibility, speed, power, agility, balance and coordination. Participate in a safe and effective total body workout using balls, hand held weights, and stretch bands while sitting comfortably in a chair. Part of the time we will be doing easy dance stepping and standing as well. Have fun and make new friends (or bring along an old one) while you improve your mood and learn more about your own body.
Silver Strength & Stretch is basically the same as above only with modifications for and paying attention to the special needs of our mature, active adults - stability, joint flexibility, and fall prevention.
Bhangra Beat is a playful combination of Bellydance and Bollywood dance moves drawing from authentic, traditional Bhangra style Indian dance forms. The movements and the music are exciting, joyful, and stimulating. Guaranteed to wake up the entire body, you will definitely feel an increase in energy. You will get a full body and cardio workout that will leave you smiling
SPLASH DANCE is a combination of dance and exercise done in a heated pool. We mix in a bit of fun movement games, keep things lively, work hard, but laugh often and get in great shape doing it. (There is also a hot tub and sauna available)
KIDZART - Have fun with your fingers! Express yourself, experiment, create, discover!
We have fun exploring boundaries by learning skills separately and then combining them and layering them, mixing medias to create something new and different. Some of the techniques we will be using are: drawing, stenciling, painting, decoupage, paper mache, fabric painting, beading, creating functional art pieces, etc. We also use these skills to create props, masks, costumes, and scenery for plays.
KIDZACT - Have fun pretending to be somebody else! Learn how to throw your voice, show various expressions with your face and your body language, explore shape and space and how to use them to convey meaning, play with accents and character studies, learn how to tell something without uttering a single word. Through imaginative play, mime, mirroring, movement and many other theater games, we will explore a range of feelings and emotions and actions that will prepare you to present them to each other or an audience. At the end of the session, we will put on a play!
TAP - Have fun with your feet! Scuff, shuffle, skip, hop, cramp roll, flap, and all that jazz. There's just something about putting on a pair of tap shoes and making a bunch of noise that can't be beat. Explore rhythm and timing while tapping along, Molly makes it so much fun
